Flow & Lengthen

Flow & Lengthen is a beginner-friendly Pilates and stretch experience designed to help you build core strength, improve flexibility, and reconnect with your body through intentional movement. This class blends slow, controlled Pilates exercises with deep, restorative stretching to create the perfect balance of strength and release.

Perfect for all levels, especially beginners, this session focuses on proper form, breathwork, and mindful movement. You’ll move through a series of low-impact exercises that target your core, glutes, and posture, followed by guided stretches that help lengthen muscles, reduce tension, and increase mobility.
